You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our support team. If your order has already shipped, please follow the Return Instructions below.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all seals and labels.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Exceptions: Certain items such as hygiene-sensitive supplements or personalized products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Contact Support: Email support@meetmybalance.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization with instructions.
Package Securely: Ensure the item is safely packaged with all original tags and packaging.
Ship the Item: Use a reliable carrier with tracking. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial within 7 business days.
Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 90 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
If you ordered the wrong size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the correct item.
Defective or Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a return at no cost and offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item promptly.
Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us to start a carrier investigation and resolution.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 90 days of receipt.

All returns require prior authorization and must not be shipped without written approval from My Balance.
